Hard white wart lump under forskin

Posted , 18 users are following.

Had this lump for around 3 years and it's grown very slowly. I've left it in hope that it would go away. Anyone know if it's worth getting it looked at? See pic

Hi, I think you have taken the same approach I would.  That is, if it is not causing an issue for you, then why do anything about it.  If it is easy to see a doctor, or to go to a sexual health service at least you would have peace of mind knowing what it actually is.

Thanks Wee. It's only just starting to bother me so I need to get it checked out. Would be cool if someone here has had the same

I would go get it checked up on. Something that's stayed for 3 years sounds like it's not going to try to go anywhere.

Hey Martin, what was the outcome of this? If you don’t mind me asking... i had a scar round about the same area and it’s kind of went into a similar hard bump... I went to sexual health and they told me it’s not anything suspicious like warts, but they never said what it may be and I was to just leave it... but it’s not ideal when your self conscious.

Hey Martin. Do you already know what's that? i have something similar and I would like to what what have they told you. Thanks.

would be interested to know the outcome of this, it certainly isnt a wart that is for sure, but is some sort of skin growth, as menitoned in some of the other comemnts if it isnt causing you physical discomfort, i would tread very carefully especilly with anything like surgical intervention or crytotherapy, i had a tiny little skin blemish type thing frozen off the shaft the my GUM, and following that i had nothing but problems, possibly result of a reaction to the nitrogen, or chemicals of some sort i dont know. but a harmless patch of skin has now caused me more phsycal symptons, yet again it could be total co incidence, but for sure the discomofort and rashes, started after cryto.

I have something very similar. It grows in size when my penis is erect, and goes back to a small lump size under the skin. No pain from it. 2-3 month wait to see a urologist referred from my doctor.

Can you let us know how you get on at the Urologist by updating this thread ....

      I'm having the same issue

Mine also grows in size when erect, no pain from it looks like a small lump when flaccid and also becomes more visible when i pour water on it

Kindly let me know the outcome of your diagnosis

Still waiting for my urologist appointment, but I don't think it's anything sinister, I first noticed it probably 9 months ago now, and I had an appointment with my doctor who referred me to the urologist. Personally I think that it could be lymphocele, but I'm not a doctor and I'm only going off what I have found and read on the internet.

Although you may seem to have the same issue as it is described above you could potentially have a more sinister cause. The only way to be sure that what you have is nothing for immediate medical attention is to get it checked out by someone who knows what they are talking about.

I would suggest you at least see your Regular / Family Doctor / GP, or go to a Sexual Health Service - it is always best to be safe and sure ....

Agreed, definitely go see your doctor, don't put off going if you imagine the experience to be daunting or embarrassing, it's their job.

Seen the urologist at the hospital this morning. Basically said that it's probably a build up of fluid from masturbating or having sex too rigorously on once or multiple times, and that it will go away on its own eventually and not to worry about it.
