Hard white wart lump under forskin

Had this lump for around 3 years and it's grown very slowly. I've left it in hope that it would go away. Anyone know if it's worth getting it looked at? See pic

    The lump will not disappear. i have a similar nodule that increases in size during an erection near my frenulum. The increase in size is due to embedded portion being pushed up. My urologist told me it could be an inclusion cyst from circumcision. I had the cyst more than 35 years. It's almost the same size. Likely to increase in size not decrease. To get rid of it it needs to be an excision.

    SIMILAR TO THE SCLEROATROPHIC PROCESS IN THE LYMPHATIC TRACT OF THE PENIS. BUT PHOTO IS FUNCTIONAL. AND IT'S GENERALLY A WASTE, NOT OVERALL. CORTICOSTEROID OINTMENT IS USUALLY PRESCRIBED WITH IT
