Has anyone practiced vestibular exercises due to balance dizzy problems with the vestibular system. Do these exercises actually rehabilitate balance or dizzy issues. I think I may have had vesticular neuritis and still having fairly acute symptoms five months later. I am now aggressively doing the rehabilitation gaze stabilization movement practice.
