I suffer with IBS especially stomach bloating. The only thing that relieve the pain and bloating is breaking wind. Has anybody tried apple cider vinegar? Does it help to relieve bloating of the stomach and would it help me break wind?

But I know your problem and sometimes it is foul smelling with IBS.
I have never heard of Bimuno but if it works then great. You have nothing to lose at £9.99.
I think my cavaet with oral supplements is the nature of the stomch acid is to neutralise everything to as sterile as possible so the colon can get to work with enzymes to break down the nutrients held within the food. Oral supplements can often get damaged by the stomach rendering them less effective. Its well known.
Cider vinegar never worked for me....in fact the old ibs paradox exists for everybody. Out of the blue foods we tolerate suddenly become troublesome. and vica versa.
Personally i feel it is the enzymatic and gut flora which are the issue with IBS sufferers that quite hasnt been identified as yet. Your stomach produces almost every chemical your body needs by digestion. Its that important.

ACV possesses antibacterial properties that are helpful in the treatment of IBS. Your body is allowed to digest food properly by eliminating harmful bacteria. It works mainly by stimulating hydrochloric acid (HCl) in the stomach, which is responsible for breaking down foods. It also acts as detox & improves bowel irregularity by removing toxins.
Mix 1-2 Tbsp of apple cider vinegar in a glass of warm water and drink before meals that are likely to produce gas. The acids in apple cider vinegar can damage tooth enamel overtime, so always dilute it in water and rinse your mouth after drinking it, alternatively drink diluted apple cider vinegar through a straw.
Changing eating habits can also make a lot of difference for flatulence. Try taking smaller meals throughout the day instead of heavy fuller meals.
Hope it helps.
Thanks
