Has anybody used TOE MAGNETS to help with rls. I have ordered two and waiting for them to arrive.

I have used the magnets for neck, back and hip problems and they certainly helped.  I am hoping they will assist the rls, especially as it now appears to be happening late afternoon, not waiting until night time!

Hi Valda, I'll be interested to see the replies. I do remember someone coming on here a few weeks ago and saying that they helped. I'm 9 days post op after having a new hip and for 5 days I had no RLS. I thought a miracle had happened, but on the 6th day it came back!

    Please post your results.

Hi Norm, I also read about the toe magnets on here so I decided to get some have had them about a week and I do seriously think they have eased the twitches, I didn't expect a cure so I am happy with them, and they look nice!   I acquired rls after my hip replacement, I didn't realise I had managed to acquire this until the endone was stopped, it had been masking the start of the rls.    I had never before had it and I was 72 when I had hip replacement.    My brother has suffered for 30+ years and my father also had rls, although not diagnosed in those days.    So mine was evidently waiting to happen according to dr.!   Great.

      Hi Valda

Ive heard that it's hereditary although I don't know of anyone else in our family that has it or had it in the past. I'm 70 and only started with it 11 years ago on a long haul flight from UK to Australia. I'm into gadgets, so I'll give the magnets a try. I like the comment - they look good!
