Most floaters are due to clumping of vitreous material and often disperse on their own. There is an invasive surgery called a victrectomy but it doesnt always remove all floaters. Speak to your opthalmologist regarding the best options for you.

apparently as you get older (60+) you stop getting them or they die down a lot, that is what my opthalmologist told me. There is no point getting surgery because if you are myopic it will just keep happening and they will come back and there are big risks that go along with surgery in your eyes.
But get your eyes checked regularly because if you get a lot of floaters, you are at higher risk of retinal detachment.
