Has anyone else become more sensitive to drinks/foods/vitamins with anxiety?

About 6 months ago I could drink or eat whatever and had little to no side effects to medicine. However, after my anxiety got worse I had to stop drinking pretty much everything but water and I have to avoid fast foods and chocolate or I start getting more anxious. Even medicine starts to make me nervous all the time. I know it's all in my head but has anyone else experienced this? It's a little frustrating (although I have lost weight so I guess that's good)

    Most definitely!!! I had to stop drinking anything with caffeine including tea!! I can only drink fruit punch, hi c, water, or Gatorade. I have to avoid chocolate especially chocolate chip cookies. It sucks but I rather stay away then have intense anxiety

    ABsolutely yes. Everything changes.  It is annoying. Anxiety disorders tends to produce thin people over time. This stuff burns calorie like hiking a mountain plus you dont enjoy food so much and thats if you can eat. And you tend to absorb the stress around you easier which is extremly annoying.

    Yes I had to stop drinking alcohol too! But yes I have to been just drinking water and vitamin drinks. No pop or bad food or o become real sick. My anxiety spikes just like yours.
