Has anyone else experienced constipation?

[b:2f5b686b6b] I wondered if this medication has made anyone else constipated? I am sticking to low fat but I'm feeling very blowted and can't 'go'

Would it be safe to take a senakot?

HELP!!

Try a few days of Lactulose before you try Senna smile

Do take care with lactulose, though... Many people are lactose intolerant (like myself). Lactulose makes me VERY ill.

You would have thought, just have too much fat and it should be hard to hold it in :D

I guess its the high protein foods that are bunging you up, things like eggs, fish and chicken, as they can bung you up even when youre not on Orlistat smile As a natural laxative try to eat a bunch of fruit every day, apples, juicy pears (mmm nice), satsumas, oranges, bananas and grapes etc smile

I do hope it moves for you soon, its good to read its working a bit for you smile
