Has anyone else experienced long term dizziness and found relief?

Hello,

I was diagnosed with a chiari malformation back in 2014 and haven't really had any major issues related to it until now (maybe). For the last two months, I have had severe dizziness daily. I mean, this is almost constant. At this point, we don't even know if it is related to the chiari, or if there is another cause (possibly long covid). It basically feels like I'm on a ship whenever I am still (strangely, moving around makes it generally feel better). I have no other chiari symptoms. Has anyone else experienced dizziness like this? Did it ever go away with non-surgical intervention?
