Has anyone else taken Citalopram 3 times?

I have severe anxiety and stupidly came off Citalopram last summer after only being on it for 6 months. I had previously been on Citalopram over 15 years ago but was made to stop when I fell pregnant with my daughter. Anyway its day 3 of 5mg as I am super sensitive to everything and I have never experienced side effects this bad before when starting Citalopram. Has anyone else been on Citalopram more than twice and still had success? I am praying it will work eventually and these horrible symptoms won't stay around for very long.

    Hiiii, Im a 3rd timer and yeah its been a veryyyy different story this time. My advice is to stay on the same dose. I up dosed every time I hit a blip and was stuck in side effect/ withdrawal hell for 5 months. I am now 9 weeks on 20mg and I stabilising. It will work for you again...dont count it in days or weeks....it will just happen in its own time x

      Hey Lou342, thank you for the reassuring response. I really need to hear some words of encouragement right now. Its only day 4 and I have had crippling anxiety, tears through out the days and the constant feeling of fear and being stuck feeling this way forever.
