Has anyone ever alternated between 5mg of lexapro one day then 10mg the next and so on?

    I did it in 2019 in a context of withdrawal during some days.

    I felt back into anxiety disorder 1 week ago so, I'm starting to do it again nowadays to be on 7.5mg to see if it helps me enough before returning to 10mg back.
