Has anyone ever had those symptoms happening together?

I'm a 24 years old woman, I've noticed my heart being bradycardic since last year when I was diagnosed with anaemia, but that got cured, yet I still experience recurring bradycardia during any time of the day, I had multiple ECGs done and also an echo but found nothing, although I am getting a Holter monitor in two weeks, no other symptoms other than palpitations, some PVCs and fatigue.

The fatigue is another problem I've been dealing with for little over an year, with no known cause other than low vitamin D levels, that slowly improved it overtime but not enough yet.

Also, stomach problems began not too long after taking iron, I stopped taking iron during spring this year, but I've continued to have food sensitivities that come and go, almost daily nausea, mild to moderate diarrhoea, and all that accompanied by occasional dizziness.

Got myself tested, no immune disorders, no coeliac disease, no stool bacteria or virus, no thyroid problems, no diabetes, no cholesterol, no ovarian cysts, no disease whatsoever, no stomach pain in general, just nausea, tiredness, sleepiness, sensitive stomach, low mood and irregular heartbeats as in skipped beats, palpitations and occasional bradycardia.

I'm overweight but with no pathological diseases, I have irregular periods but I'm taking something similar to contraceptives but better with less side effects to make my period come and balance my hormones and decrease PMS.

I am an anxious person overall, but most of the times I know how to distinguish anxiety induced symptoms to non anxiety ones, and not everything is in my head.

So has anyone experienced most of those occurring together? And if yes, what did doctors uncover and how did you heal?
