Has anyone ever seen this or something similar?

This spot appeared a couple of weeks ago. It does not hurt, itch, or cause any pain. Any ideas what it may be?

    Hi it could be a fungal infection or yeast infection but it needs to be checked out in case of lichen sclerosus?
