Has anyone experienced this with internal hemorrhoids?

So I am currently two days passed my second hemorrhoid banding, and all is going very well. I have been staying up on my water and fiber, stool has been very easy to pass ever since I started eating and drinking healthier. Before I underwent all these changes though, I wasn't aware that my diet was contributing to them being aggravated. I also started working full time for about two weeks, and I was doing retail so I was on my feet all day. After about an hour or two of being on my feet at work, my hemorrhoids would start to swell and like out and it was very painful. I tried to ignore the pain and keep working, but soon after that is when they began to bleed profusely. So much that I feel it on my shorts while I was working so I had to run to the bathroom and saw the blood, explained the situation to my manager and he completely understood. He let me go on medical leave until I get it figured out, which is when I went to my Dr. and scheduled the bandings. Fast forward to now, I have my third and final banding two weeks from today. I REALLY want to return to work and I'm excited I finally get to. I just want to know if anyone else has had something like this happen to them. These things really are such a burden. I can't wait to be done with them once and for all.

So , right back to everyone heals different. I had 2 grade 2 internal banded on June 12th. Bands fell off on the 17th,mind you i had 2 done at the same time. Water and fiber along with diet are key! Which i was seriously lacking! Even after the procedure i was still straining,(not enough water). Which was causing me to reopen the area. When i had the flare up i never had real bleeding, more so the mental and uncomfortable sensation. So for me the bleeding was more after bands fell off , and when i was foolishly straining. I will say i feel much better, still some uncomfortable feeling after a BM,but nothing i cant handle. I did have a minor set back last week from a much larger bm, and had a small fissure, but its not really hurting like a full blown fissure would, and only very slight streak of blood after whipping. Its a crazy health issue, hemorrhoids and butt problems suck!! Ill probably go back to see the colorectal specialist next month depending on how things are going. I feel like as long as i keep up the diet and these dam things aren't popping out my rear , im ok. Also we hit our insurance deductible! so i won't have to worry about another $600 bill!

Jnf- before you had your procedures and you were managing them, did they swell up and cause pain if you were standing for too long?

Straining was my evil, along with not enough water or fiber. Again, along with the mental side of the unknown. Thinking i had some terrible other condition, was what ultimately pushed me to see a colorectal specialist. I was so anxiety ridden, not sleeping, and not eating because i was afraid my eating habits were the cause. I was so caught up, i was buying Fecal occult tests. Which were all negative. It was craziness

So did you have 1 internal hemorrhoid? So all three banding were done on the same hemorrhoid? The reason I ask is cause I had banding done only once and it wasn't successful. And I remember the specialist saying he banded it higher than most other doctors. And now I have a lot of rectal muscular pain.

Jqy81115- No, from what I understand every person has three hemorrhoidal "walls" or veins, with the procedure I had, they cut one off at a time every two weeks. I still need to ask if when they do this if it can kill multiple hemorrhoids at once, or if this is even the case because it might not be. If not then she is doing one at a time, but even so only 3 veins in every person so 3 procedures regardless of the scenario. My last colonoscopy revealed I had 3 internal hemorrhoids. 1 is gone and 1 more is about to be, and I have one more banding on the 14th. I just wanted to know if anyone else has or has had pain and bleeding and swelling occur while standing for prolonged periods of time with hemorrhoids. That happened to me while trying to work and had to go on medical leave. After the band's I plan to return to work because my Dr said they are doing their job. I just have a fear that it will happen again, even though I know it won't because the hemorrhoids won't be there this time.
