I have been Symptom free for over 2 months as most of you know this is a long time to be symptom free, also as many of you know it is very expensive to buy probiotics, and pills every month. I was wondering if anyone has stopped taking what they where, and didn't have there symptoms come back. I don't mean there symptoms haven't came back for a few weeks but for months or even years?

As a pharmacist specializing in women's care, I would recommend for you to reduce (but not totally discontinue) probiotics to 3 x/wk. Try something less expensive such as Florajen. I have had great success with it

I've been taking balance complex you're suppose to take 2 every day, and than vitamin c with rose hips I take once or twice a week. Don't take The balance complex and vitamin c at the same time though because it gave me stomach cramps when I did that. So I'll take the vitamin c a few hours after my first balance complex pill.

No I am continuing to take balance complex 2 pills everyday you have to order the product on amazon, and than 1 vitamin C with rose hips once or twice a week witch I bought at target. Don't take the vitamin c and balance complex pill at the same time though because it did give me bad cramps, I take the vitamin c a few hours after I take my first balance complex pill. I also started working out and eating way healthier, wear only cotton underwear, and cut out coffee, coffee really triggered making my BV bad. But yes I do still take the probiotics everyday I'm to afraid to stop because it's the only thing that has kept my BV away for this long, it's been about 2 in a half months since I've had any problems. I'm still trying to figure out if anyone has cured themselves and has been cured for awhile without taking probiotics.
