has anyone found Red Clover to be helpful with LS?

Hi folks,

I recently learned about Red Clover and its uses for menapausal issues. Has anyone used it and found that their LS improved?

I know that LS affects all age groups but I do wonder whether a common ink is hormonal issues of some description i.e. menapause, post-pregnancy, adolescence, issues caused by excess chemical hormones from environmental contaminants and or dietary intake ( at any age).

Any thoughts appreciated :-)

I for sure think hormones has a part in it but it cant be all of it other wise why would some young girls get it. They are saying now with new research it is auto immune so those of us that have that tendency towards that probably are at most risk. I think what triggers it is any trauma or hormonal changes that kicks it in. For me, I had a hysterectomy so that trauma down there during the surgery I imagine is similar to birthing trauma. Then years later I stopped hormone replacement and thats when it started.
