Has anyone found that symptoms get a fair amount worse after sex but then tamp down a few days after

And if so, do you have any idea what would be the reason?

Anything that aggravates, stimulates or simply presses on the prostate can impact urinary function. Bicycling, sitting on hard surfaces for long periods - all kinds of stuff.  Some are also impacted by certain foods, especially certain spices.

If you are talking about bph, always for me.  My thought is due to stimulation the cells enlarge and create more of a blockage.

I can actually pee faster and harder after sex. If i sit for long periods its hard to go. Walking all day at work i pee fine. Ive been taking flomax for 6 months now. Im 53 years old

Joe,   That is my exact experience.  I pee easier after an orgasm, and walking or just about any movement makes it easier.  Sitting in a recliner  makes it more difficult.  Also emptying my bowels makes it easier.

I love peeing after sex. Flow and force are like a kid again. I tell me wife my favorite part of sex is peeing afterwards. The effects don't last long but I definately think having sex often helps with BPH symptoms
