I find the medication masks the symptons .Just been told my so called obesity is deliberately delayed lymphodema . Lifestyle ? Have you had a second opinion? This could be Care in Community .I went to Linkmeetings wher only 2 patients with chronic problems attended because Charities biased because of funding.

I have it in my ankles, my spine, both hips and neck.
I have kyphoscoliosis {C shaped curve in my spine}

Hope you get some answers from others

all I can say is the pain killers only dull the pain, I exercise everyday, stretching and building up strength in my stomach and limbs and this seems to help. Sitting around makes it ten times worse I find. I have it in my pelvis and spine but they also think I have rheumatoid with oesteoarthritis, still haven't had a MRI but hopefully soon as I ache everywhere! Lol I hope exercise helps Hun, walking is really good for you, hurts for the first five minutes but persevere.x
