Has anyone had a Terrible Triad Elbow break AND multiple wrist fractures?

I was in a car accident on April 3rd. The airbag went off on my hand as i was honking and it dislocated my elbow and shattered my radial head. The break is called a terrible triad. I also broke my wrist in two places. I had surgery on the 19th for my elbow. They put in plates and screws as well as cutting down my radial head. I have not been able to really move my fingers since the accident, I also have sensation loss. Movement has returned minimally but still can't use them at all. Has anyone experienced this?
