Has anyone had any positive experience changing diets?

Alcohol seems to worsen, so I've tried cutting that back, anyone find any other diet (or lifestyle) helpful?

I have never found any foods that have triggered my SVT. I just am careful with caffeine and msg
A couple of years ago I lost about 30 pounds, and it did not help my episodes

The obvious change to make is to eliminate caffeine and any other stimulants. My cardiologist basically told me to cut out everything (especially sugar), but I think that was more general heart health advice and not specific to SVT.

My triggers were too much caffeine, lack of sleep and low magnesium. My doctor told me to stop using decongestants but they don't actually affect me. People have different triggers.
