Went to the Dr due to upper abdominal pain... Blood work showed elevated lipase levels... Had a ct haven't got the results back yet... But starting yesterday my oxygen levels are staying around 95 will drop into 70s at times and my heart is pounding around 120s usually in the 50s or 60s... And my whole body is tingling... I don't know if I should wait and call Dr tomorrow or head to the emergency room

This is supposed to be a support type of group. They were just asking for advice. Apparently the dr didn’t think at the time there was an emergency and did blood work n CT

The person may have an actual issue or may be having a panic Attack

Exactly.  If her heart is bothering her as she said the ER is where she needs to be !!!  Her heart !!!

I don’t know of anyone having breathing issues with pancreatitis. Did it just start?  Pancreatitis can cUse your heart to race, but not the low oxygen lever unless you are hyperventilating.

You are the best judgement of how you feel to take yourself to the ER.

Do you think that maybe you’re having anxiety from fear?  Is it the first time? Etc. you are the best judge.

I thought it might be a panic attack as worried for a diagnosis can be very scary.
