you did not mention all your symptoms there, however magnesium should help you, I have oversensitive nerves which sometimes buzz under my skin, magnesium is the only thing that works for said symptom

magnesium calms down the nervous system

Hi Mary, yes I've been taking magnesium . The slightest bang when it's playing up makes my heart jump out of my chest it's awful but I dnt know much more about it only what I've read on Google and there's little written about it .

      how old are you ?

do you have a history of anxiety ? because depression, stress, anxiety cause changes in the brain ...

not much is known about it because no one cares about researching chronic pain and the like, they only care about cancer

read up on neuroplasticity to understand it better

if you ever get actual nerve pain, TAKE MEDICATION ASAP

ThAnkyou I will read up,,,, I was exsperiencing chronic pain for far too long before I got diagnosed with it. I was getting pain everywhere I was behaving like I had just had a stroke I couldn't speak or swallow properly. Dystonia all over body tenors that were lasting up to 30 mins. Numbness from the neck down afterwards then pain came on like waves. I have chronic fatigue , hypomobility EDS and fibromyalgia amongst other things. So you can emagine the pain. I got diagnosed with this new one but it makes me seem odd and weird because I now have to contemplate where I go and yes I now suffer with anxiety , thAnkyou for the reply x
