Has anyone heard of THD (Transanal Hemorrhoidal dearterialization)?

Hello Group!

My name is Daniel, I live in Canada and I have level 3 hemm's, I do not want a hemmorrhoidectomy so I've been looking for less invasive alternatives. I came across this procedure called THD, which seems to be BY FAR the least invasive of all, please look it up as it sounds very promising.

Now, has anyone else heard or had this procedure done?

    Hi, I'm in Toronto and just had THD done 4 days ago. "It looks like least invasive all", that's what i thought but IT IS painful. I never experienced normal cutting surgery so i can't tell if this is the least, but if you go like "it should be nothing", you'll cry for the first few nights. On the first night i woke up every hour with pain, the second & third night i woke up 3-4 times. Today I am on 4th day and i am feeling to be better, less pain medication and less pain. Still bleeding when i try bowel movement which is very scary so i am constipated for 3 days now. I would say "be prepared", i am still happy i did it.
