Sometimes our joints fail us and others have no problem. Going thu TKR

Surgery is tough. In the long run it's hope for a better quality of life.

my cousin had TKR and lipo at the same time she is 74. I thought she was nuts. Her knee is so much better and she tells me she wished she had done it sooner.

Hi hope4cure, I haven't had that done in the knee, but have had it done in the ankle joint and it worked a treat for twelve months, but has now worn off. I am having it done again tomorrow and hope it works as quickly and as well as before. A client of mine hs just her Knee done with it, and will report back to me in a few days as she knows she can chat with me....I'll let you know when I hear from her.

I hope the injection in UR ankel gives u another year of relief.. I have decided to try for the injections even though I haven't had much luck in other joints. I think it may depend on the type of arthritis in the joint. Never helped my hips with OA .
