Has anyone in this group been diagnosed with an autoimmune disease?

I was born in 1955 to an rh- mom and positive dad. I am A+ and have all the problems of everyone else on here. My body hurts everyday and it makes my life miserable. All my blood tests come back negative for any autoimmune diseases but I have all the symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis. I think the doctors think I just want pain killers and are not taking me seriously. I have no history about transfusions, jaundice or anything else about my birth.
