Has anyone lost heaps of weight due to anxiety?

I've been chubby pretty much my whole life. Every time i get anxiety I lose weight (which is the only positive). My recent anxiety, however, is taking some time to settle. I've gone back on Zoloft (3 weeks now) and started seen a psychologist too. I know with time it will get better, like it has before. I also know that the physical symptoms (hyperventilation, burning/tingling, palpitations etc) are not life threatening, and just that, symptoms from anxiety. But I've lost 20kg this year (almost 10 in the last month!). The nausea/queasy feeling is non-stop and it's starting to worry me that I can't stop losing weight or enjoy food like I used to, and boy did i love food!

Best to eat little and often when no appitite, basically snack and nibble, just a handful of nuts or a banana, half a sandwich or just the filling, chocolate biscuit, toast with tons if jam on it, drink plenty fluids but try avoid caffiene.
