Has anyone noticed Unichem 5 mg bisoprolol is different?

I use this brand in the US, not sure if it's what others use. They give me the manufacturer's bottle, which has changed in size a bit.

The tablets look identical, but they taste much more bitter. They are having too strong of an effect now. It's like a different medication. Bisoprolol always used to take 2 hours for me to work, and now it works almost instantly, and it's far too potent. My pulse dropped from 100 to 60 within minutes. And before it was much more gradual.

I get light headed, cold, and have difficulty thinking. It feels like I'm on a different beta blocker. I fee shaky, like I don't have enough blood flowing to my body to think clearly or even type well. I can't read or think well when it kicks in like that so strongly and quickly. I wonder if anyone else has noticed a change?

I have taken this for 7 years, and I was so accustomed to it taking 2 hours to work, that I am quite sure I am noticing correctly.
