Has anyone recovered on 10mg as don't really want to increase

Been on citalopram for about 6 weeks started on 5mg went up to 10 gradually about 10 days ago. Not really anxiety just intrusive thoughts OCD type symptoms all due to zopiclone withdrawal. Have changed to sertraline briefly after initially going onto cit which was awful. Don'T want to mess around with doses if Ican avoid it as am quite sensitive to meds just wondered if anyone recovered on 10mg without increasing? Cant go higher than 10 because of my age anyway and would prefer to stay on 10 mg

    Meant to say can't go higher than 20mg!!

    The last time i was on citalopram although i started on 20mg after some months i went slowly down to 10mg and i was good there but i made the mistake of stopping and relapsed after a few months.
