Just wondered if anyone tried NAC to help with withdrawal problems from zopiclone. Was forced to go cold turkey from zopiclone after several years use been a absolute nightmare. Gave me intrusive thoughts, stupidly tried SSRI"s to help which have given me full blown OCD. Tried CBT which was of no use, so trying this supplement.

hi lemanna i gave tried cbti but not nac. i am struggling too but i am weaning down every 3 weeks. how are you sleeping/coping x
