    Hi,

good Luck if you try it have you asked your GP I know some would not agree but my friends did,so worth a try.

What really works for me is Gaba 750md and L-Theanine 100mg.  I take both together and had to take for several days before they were effective. I became more relaxed.  Dealing with anxiety? Not to worry about things I can do nothing about.  Not to let what people say about me or to me matter so much because they are also imperfect....and some just don't know any better. Not to worry about what's going to happen if...because "if" often doesn't happened.  Think of all the things that are working for you...like walking, talking, a place to live, being able to eat, make choices, etc.  Be thankful that you can feel the see and see the tree swaying in the wind.. Corny? lol.  Laugh!

I have read a lot of good things about it but have personally been told to avoid it because of my medication

I've tried another herbal tablets given to me by a doctor that practices natural medicine. I would take my stress tablet when ever I felt a panic attack coming and they would actually work only downside is that sometimes when I was really stressed out it would make me very drowsy
