HI, welcome to the LS forum. Never heard of Colloidal Silver.

I have heard of it, and it makes me very wary. If you get the dose wrong apparently you can turn blue and it doesn't go away... ever. Google it! Also all the positive stories you follow lead to someone trying to sell you some.

I have known people who swear by it, but I don't trust the investigative skills of any of them. I wouldn't touch it.

    Hi,

we have used Colloidal silver for sore throats and sinus congestion with some success. My daughter just researched it for herself and seems happy with it. I have seen the  reports of 'skin turning blue' which is apparently a real phenomenon. I read that the term 'blue blood' derived from the fact that royalty etc used to drink out of silver goblets and hence got large doses of silver. We only ever used it as a spray. I'll continue with my prescribed meds, however, I would say that you have given me a good idea there, a once weekly spray isn't going to do any harm in my view. Cheers.
