has my 5cm cyst been on my left ovary for years and i didnt know it?

Hi there. No there very different things. Having something like this makes you feel depressed but not the other way around. Having any type of illness or pain can result in feeling low and being more susceptible to feeling depressed. I think many people feel like this when any type of illness causes pain really for any length of time. I've been extremely up and down because in the last three years I've had one illness after another. A serious virus that left me bed ridden for 6 months, then bleeding In between periods . I'm now waiting for some answers. How are you coping with your depression most if all??

Have you had a cyst for those years? Do your hormones affect your mood? A gyn would be better able to answer this but if it has been an issue that weighs on your mind I would think that in itself would cause some stress.

On some level u will feel down because of the hormone imbalance but I strongly believe you need to address your depression love xx your cyst won't be helping cos I can be ok one minute then really down the next and wanting to cry all the time. I would go to your Dr and try and get on the right medication for your depression then get an appointment for the gyni about your cyst xx hope you get sorted hunni it's not nice suffering with anything xx good luck
