Has the forum got M.E again ??

I found your article quite helpful.
I just recently had a diagnosis of CFS and did not believe or understand what it was about. It is good to know in your article that may there be some options and support to improve this condition. It is also helpful to know there are books or organisations that may be good for me during this period. I have found that doing a little bit of excercise make me tired but helps me to avoid depression or feeling part of the community.

I'm only a smidgen younger than you  so no worries :D
What makes ME think about it though is that they also have problems with the jaw pain which i get and some of their experiences are very similar to mine :?
But then again, all these conditions are very similar, aren't they
I wouldn't be surprised if sometime in the future some of these were found to be connected in some way :?

Do hope you can somehow find a cheaper solution to fixing the car Julia :wizard: .... these car manufacturers aren't daft are they  re-coding, my foot! My hubby has a VW and when it needs servicing it 'beeps' ..... that :bleep: ing beep can only be disconnected [b:8d3eee5f73]if [/b:8d3eee5f73] you have your car serviced at at a VW garage ...... no other garage can disengage it

Everything is done on b***** computers nowadays :x
Our problem is it just 'happened' to be [b:a9de6a76b4]the[/b:a9de6a76b4] most expensive bit on the car that has gone kapput
(fuel injection pump :? or something like that
)
Hubby's got all the diagnostics on computer for the car but the codes have to come from germany and not even the guys in the garage know what these codes are
They have you by the short and curlies and they know it :x
Re: Corrie - haven't watched it for yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeears so haven't a clue when its on or who is in it - i don't watch any soaps anymore :o I record Holby each week and then watch them when i have so many its taking up all my sky space  The only other thing that i really watch now is 'Gilmore Girls' on E4 (i've got looby and dan on it too, and hubby has even admitted to liking it too)

I feel like I am gradually regaining some brain power so I hope to be a better cyber buddy again now
Katie, I am glad that your Mum's move went OK and I hope she appreciates all your help
Oh Julia I am so sorry about your car, I know exactly how you feel because we have just had to have our beloved Volvo despatched to the big recycling centre because although there was only one thing wrong with it the expense was just huge
It's at times like this when I wish I had a magic wand and could help you.
We still haven't had any snow here, it seems to be all around us but I suppose it is mainly because we are so close to the sea :surfer: in fact we have had loads of sunshine but still blooming freezing.
Oh Alicia I can just imagine me trying to give my muttleys a foot massage, they have such ticklish feet, your Max must be very calm natured :dog:
I am like you though, I will try anything to make them feel better if they have a problem :dog: :dog:
A lady I know has a rescued Westie who keeps chewing her feet, is it a known problem with the breed ?
Righto, I am off to make myself a cuppa.
A big hello to everyone

Bathe its paws in a weak solution of Hibiscrub and give a mild antihistamine (a quarter of a Piriton will do). this will indicate if it is an allergy. If it is then it could be a food or a grass allergy.
Westies are known for skin problems so ask her to get it checked out. It can also become a habit if a dog is bored.
Ask your friend if she would like to join our westie forum, it's really friendly and supportive and helpful and it is a closed members only forum so it is very safe. It costs just a couple of pounds a month for membership and the first 14 days are free to try it out with no obligation. If she is interested I will PM you the link for her.
We love new members :D
