Has the forum got M.E again ??

I found your article quite helpful.

I just recently had a diagnosis of CFS and did not believe or understand what it was about. It is good to know in your article that may there be some options and support to improve this condition. It is also helpful to know there are books or organisations that may be good for me during this period. I have found that doing a little bit of excercise make me tired but helps me to avoid depression or feeling part of the community.

We have had 6.5 inches overnight (I measured it). Hubby is digging the cars out so he can get to work even though no one else in the street is bothering, the schools are closed and no buses are running

Here is Max Dog in the garden to give you an idea how deep ours is. :D

    Wow

I am green with envy, we still haven't had so much as a snowflake here even though most of the surrounding areas of Devon have had snow.

Poor Max is going to need a good old rub down to thaw out all his bits when he comes in

PS I have been trying to send you a PM but my brain keeps mucking it up, I just end up sending it to myself
