Has the forum got M.E again ??

I found your article quite helpful.
I just recently had a diagnosis of CFS and did not believe or understand what it was about. It is good to know in your article that may there be some options and support to improve this condition. It is also helpful to know there are books or organisations that may be good for me during this period. I have found that doing a little bit of excercise make me tired but helps me to avoid depression or feeling part of the community.

Just wanted to thank you all again for all the support and help you have given ME - you are all very special people :D
Katie - I agree with Alicia and the others - its definitely time for you to sit back and put your feet up while we help you through your rough patch :D
Even Fairy Mod-mother's need 'mothering' sometimes  Just wish i could come round and give you a great big hug, for real :cuddle:
I'm off out tomorrow, with the in-laws, while hubby's at work
Can't say i'm looking forward to it though :erm: but i couldn't get out of it
They've been so good to ME but i really don't feel up to it :bruised: and i just know we'll be out ALL day too :hangover:
But they just wouldn't take 'no' for an answer :grrr:
My only hope is that it snow's tonight

I am green with envy, we still haven't had so much as a snowflake here even though most of the surrounding areas of Devon have had snow.
Poor Max is going to need a good old rub down to thaw out all his bits when he comes in
PS I have been trying to send you a PM but my brain keeps mucking it up, I just end up sending it to myself
