Has the forum got M.E again ??

I found your article quite helpful.

I just recently had a diagnosis of CFS and did not believe or understand what it was about. It is good to know in your article that may there be some options and support to improve this condition. It is also helpful to know there are books or organisations that may be good for me during this period. I have found that doing a little bit of excercise make me tired but helps me to avoid depression or feeling part of the community.

My husband rings me every lunchtime says hello are you alright. He then says nothing else and expects me to make conversation.     Don't get me wrong it's nice he rings but I hate people ringing and expecting me to make small talk to them.

I also hate it when you go to the doctors and you tell them what the problem is and then they ask what do you want me to do about it :?:

Hello to you all, I also hate Doctors receptionists, I had to make a complaint against one, she is an old nasty battle axe, I hate them because I am always nice to them, there is no need for them to be nasty, they want shooting

Hello everyone, did anyone build a snowman, I opened my door and the cold just made me close my door again, I thought stuff that, so I put the TV on and watched it with my cat, he is a siamese, he never goes out, he felt the cold too

We didn't have enough snow down here to build a snowman but there was a wonderful one on the BBC weather forecast this morning (standing in the Blue Peter garden !) :snowman:

Take care and keep warm
