Has the forum got M.E again ??

I found your article quite helpful.
I just recently had a diagnosis of CFS and did not believe or understand what it was about. It is good to know in your article that may there be some options and support to improve this condition. It is also helpful to know there are books or organisations that may be good for me during this period. I have found that doing a little bit of excercise make me tired but helps me to avoid depression or feeling part of the community.

For the first time for a fortnight I've actually been out of my village :bus:
I only went into the next little town but it was so good to get out. :boing:
I'm now trying to do positive thinking on my legs as they are definitely letting me know that it was too much for them - better go and have a lie on my bed I think
I'm sure Katie, that each day you'll feel a little better now that you can pace yourself but oh, doesn't this :bleep: illness drive you crazy ? :steam:

I was not surprised this morning to not be able to move much. I was still in my dressing gown at lunch time when I had to get dressed to go to the GP surgery, but no shower, just a lick of baby wipes and deodorant stick.
Hubby and daughter walked MD, who insisted on telling me he hadn't been out. Because I didn't take him he thought he hadn't been
Terrible tummy troubles and achy legs, weariness, irriability and confusion. My AAA batteries are definitely run down flat and need to be plugged in.
Still, I had a good time and I don't care. It boosted my morale for now.
I wish it could always be like that. Perhaps one day it will be but probably not, after all this time.

I have decided I want to live on a narrowboat, just me and MD and no one to expect anything of me. :D

Yes, I haven't felt as unwell as this for ages ..... suppose it was fairly predictable but I feel very low at the moment ...... and just so frustrated that I can't do what I want to do .... but then we all know that one don't we
And everywhere you turn there are fitness ads or programmes. Did anyone watch 'Supersize and Skinny' or something like that, last night. It featured a spinning class with an instructor ..... and that instructor [b:357db3f303]used [/b:357db3f303]to be me :wah:
It's quite an entertaining programme actually, though why they had the big girl eating such a daft diet of just chocolate, I don't know
Oh, we've now got an ad for 'Animated Angry Faces' .... that's more like it

Now it is your turn to be ministered to. Just sit quiet and let us do the ministering in whatever bumbling, ham fisted way we can. xxx

(Oh dear - the ads are asking if I/we ' Always have bad breath?' )
