Has the forum got M.E again ??

I found your article quite helpful.
I just recently had a diagnosis of CFS and did not believe or understand what it was about. It is good to know in your article that may there be some options and support to improve this condition. It is also helpful to know there are books or organisations that may be good for me during this period. I have found that doing a little bit of excercise make me tired but helps me to avoid depression or feeling part of the community.

It's sort of raining here .. so I'm hoping it will clear the remnants of the snow we have left ... but apparently we are in for a fair bit again tomorrow
Kristal, when I first started out sending pms I did exactly the same thing
You are obviously clicking on your own pm bit instead of Alicia's which is at the bottom of[b:34ff3b7e5c] her [/b:34ff3b7e5c]post. Good luck :D

Thanks Katie, I will give it another try.
I hope you are feeling a bit better today but make sure you get loads of rest, have you eaten the [b:472a1abd62]whole[/b:472a1abd62] jar of Horlicks yet
The funny thing is that Hubby came home with a surprise bag of Giant choccy buttons for me last night, bless him
Of course I took his present gracefully and then promptly ate the lot although I did offer him [b:472a1abd62]one [/b:472a1abd62]which he declined but I think he realised he would have trouble prising them out of my tightly clenched fist

I rang the benefits office today; a very nice person said that the adjudication officer (?) had refused to review my case
The lady said that sounded as if all was well (I thought it sounded the opposite but still....!), and that I should hear something before too long.
Perhaps that means that they don't need it to go any further?? Oh well, I'll just have to be patient I suppose :?

To me that means that things remain as they are - do hope this is the case
Surely no review means .... no changes :?
Gosh, you will have a few stomach-churning moments awaiting each postal delivery now
..... It would have been nice if you had been spared that
Good luck :goodluck: ..... and let's just hope you hear quickly :ok:

The lady couldn't see why I'd been called to a medical anyway as in my records it says I'm \"exempt\" until 2014
(sounds like a sci-fi film doesn't it? )
I think the powers-that-be have to prove they're doing something
Hope you're feeling a bit better today - the Horlicks and champagne cocktail must have helped a bit !
