Has the forum got M.E again ??

I found your article quite helpful.
I just recently had a diagnosis of CFS and did not believe or understand what it was about. It is good to know in your article that may there be some options and support to improve this condition. It is also helpful to know there are books or organisations that may be good for me during this period. I have found that doing a little bit of excercise make me tired but helps me to avoid depression or feeling part of the community.

Talking of looking young did anyone see 'Ten Years Younger' last night  Well I am six years older than both those ladies, but certainly [b:0d294299ce]don't [/b:0d294299ce] look anything like they did  (Well, at least I don't think so  ) How can folk get in that state to begin with
Another little gem just to cheer us all up ...... have just read in the Daily Mail that women who take anti-d's will age faster because the medication makes the facial muscles relax and therefore the face will sag quicker ..... what a load of old tosh

sorry im not very sociable at the moment
i'll have a 'busy' day, or just a tired day and not get online much... then the next day i'll really want to catch up with everyone, but by that time ive missed so many posts it feels a bit daunting trying to catch up... :?
does anyone else ever get that? its so stupid i know
 when ive missed a lot i think i'd better save looking in until i have enough time to read all the posts properly, rather than pop in and out frequently like i do when im up to date. but of course then i miss more and more and need even more time to catch up!
im obviously a basket case
anyway i hope you're all well. im not too bad at the moment, and have decided to work through the posts slowly. you know how it is when you try to take in to much info at a time, head goes all swimmy :weird:
hopefully by tomorrow ill be back and fully updated! :D

I shouldn't worry at [b:5b69eae0a4]all [/b:5b69eae0a4] about trying to \"catch up\" with what's happened (or, not happened!). :zen:
It's just lovely to hear from you when you're around - it doesn't matter if you don't know other people have been up to :ok:
The whole point of the forum is so you can pop in when [b:5b69eae0a4]you[/b:5b69eae0a4] feel like it
Take care, have a good weekend and just know that we're here when and if you want to say 'hello'

I don't know if you are aware of this but Fibrositis was the name that was used before Fibromyalgia - so it is the same thing :?

Perhaps we should have a special thread for you Trees, when anything of real importance we could precis for your instant access ..... I fear it would be a rather short thread though :?
Always makes me laugh when you appear cos we more often than not get ads for garden fencing
Take care and just pop in and out as you wish :D
