Has the forum got M.E again ??

I found your article quite helpful.

I just recently had a diagnosis of CFS and did not believe or understand what it was about. It is good to know in your article that may there be some options and support to improve this condition. It is also helpful to know there are books or organisations that may be good for me during this period. I have found that doing a little bit of excercise make me tired but helps me to avoid depression or feeling part of the community.

Alicia, have you ever tried linseed oil seeds for constipation? If you sprinkle it on cereals it's very palatable and also is supposed to keep you looking young as well as helping to maintain digestive regularity

Talking of looking young did anyone see 'Ten Years Younger' last night  Well I am six years older than both those ladies, but certainly [b:0d294299ce]don't [/b:0d294299ce] look anything like they did  (Well, at least I don't think so  ) How can folk get in that state to begin with sad

Another little gem just to cheer us all up ...... have just read in the Daily Mail that women who take anti-d's will age faster because the medication makes the facial muscles relax and therefore the face will sag quicker ..... what a load of old tosh

Know we have mentioned constipation I have an advert for lose weight and detoxic your body by colonic irrigation. Well I most admit I thought about once or twice in the past, put was too scared to go through with it.

I am also a worrier, about anything and everything. I even think and worry about things in the past, while I lie in bed on a night if I can't sleep. It's not snowing here put it's below freezing and has been all day. :brr:

Before we go into hibernation we could always go the the cash & carry for an emergency supply of chocolate for when we wake if winter is not over.

    hello everyone :D

sorry im not very sociable at the moment

i'll have a 'busy' day, or just a tired day and not get online much... then the next day i'll really want to catch up with everyone, but by that time ive missed so many posts it feels a bit daunting trying to catch up... :?

does anyone else ever get that? its so stupid i know sad  when ive missed a lot i think i'd better save looking in until i have enough time to read all the posts properly, rather than pop in and out frequently like i do when im up to date. but of course then i miss more and more and need even more time to catch up!

im obviously a basket case

anyway i hope you're all well. im not too bad at the moment, and have decided to work through the posts slowly. you know how it is when you try to take in to much info at a time, head goes all swimmy :weird:

hopefully by tomorrow ill be back and fully updated! :D

    Hello Trees :D

I shouldn't worry at [b:5b69eae0a4]all [/b:5b69eae0a4] about trying to \"catch up\" with what's happened (or, not happened!). :zen:

It's just lovely to hear from you when you're around - it doesn't matter if you don't know other people have been up to :ok:

The whole point of the forum is so you can pop in when [b:5b69eae0a4]you[/b:5b69eae0a4] feel like it

Take care, have a good weekend and just know that we're here when and if you want to say 'hello'

    Hi there Dale :D

I don't know if you are aware of this but Fibrositis was the name that was used before Fibromyalgia - so it is the same thing :?

    Welcome to the club sad

Trees, please don't worry about catching up on posts:thepost: .... let's face it ... quite a few of them are just playful banter anyway and you are hardly going to miss out on anything absolutely riveting

Perhaps we should have a special thread for you Trees, when anything of real importance we could precis for your instant access ..... I fear it would be a rather short thread though :?

Always makes me laugh when you appear cos we more often than not get ads for garden fencing

Take care and just pop in and out as you wish :D

Well that's nice of your sister Lou

Think I would have been tempted to give her a clip around the kisser

    Take care

    Saggy faced Katie

(Alicia is the only one who will stay young cos she doesn't take any saggy-face inducing pills :diva: )
