Hashimotos increased levothyroxine dose side effects?

I am newer to having Hashimotos and hypothyroidism. In over a year I went from being prescribed 25, 55, 75, and now my new dose of 88 of levothyroxine. I'm on day 3 of the new dose and my chest is feeling weird. I normally have a high heart rate around 90-98 bph and now it has dropped to an average of 70-85. I'm also feeling anxiety over it as my body feels really weird (especially when laying down). Has anyone else had this problem? / is this normal?

This happened one other time when I went from 25 to 55 of levothyroxine.
