Have any of you visited one of these smoothie shops during/before your liver problems?

I was pretty upset to find that a smoothie shop near my house was secretly giving drinks with an MLM "health" powder that's known to cause liver problems. It could make someone with liver damage worse to drink smoothies there or possibly even trigger someone's liver problems.

Curious if anyone here has visited the following smoothie shops:

Ferndale Nutrition (MI)

Downriver Nutrition (MI)

Square Lake Nutrition (MI)

Rise Up (Chicago)

There's dozens and dozens of others. If you're in the US and have ever gone to a funky "shake/smoothie" shop that sells things like mint chocolate chip shakes without sugar and rants at you about how healthy they are but won't tell you what is in them it may have been MLM.
