I know that it's unconventional, but I read that CBD relaxes spasm and take cares of anxieties.
Anybody has experience with this?

I've been using CBD for a few months now, both orally and directly in the anus. I started with a low strength but have gone up. You should probably try a low dose first because everyone is different.
I bought a DIY suppository kit but the oil wouldn't mix and set with the coconut oil or cocoa butter carrier I used. Instead I have been using a tapered syringe from a different product to insert the cbd directly.
My fissure seems to have become chronic and I am now taking cbd both orally and anally. I will say that it works wonders for anxiety and does relax the fissure pain to a dull ache, but only for a few hours. I am unfortunately still waking up in the night with pain.
Good luck!
