I have been diagnosed with rls. But before that i was VERY anxious about ms. Have beent to 2 neurologists and 3 gp s. They all were very good. But even though i was told that i dont have ms, and i didnt have anything that made sense, i was satisfied. But last night when lying down, i felt something between my outest 2 toes. The feeling o having something there went away after less than a minute. But it made me all anxious again. I havent had the same feeling in my toes again yet. Its been about 35 hours. I hope this isnt anything serious, i cant focus on my grades or my sport due to constant think, help would be appreciated. Thank you very much

Hey there, I had the SAME Thing happen to me. I was super worried I may have MS but my RSL calmed down a lot with vitamin D drops and Magnesium (minerals) added to water.

MS is a tricky disease in which other ailments mimic the disease. Also, if you WedMD your symptoms, MS ALWAYS comes up. Or cancer. If your doctor says you don't have it, and if you went to several doctors, I wouldn't worry. I don't know about you but I can make myself sick with worry and a lot of the times when you start thinking about a disease, you start to display the symptoms.

I don't know about you, but I'm a total Hypochondriac and I can literally make myself sick with worry.

Thank you so much for your answer!! I am a hypochondriac as well. And webmd has ruined my life for the last a couple of months. Its weird how we can copy the exact symptoms just out of thinking. Even though i hadnt read anything about this one. Btw i also use the vitamin d drops they make me feel better.

So is this symptom a part of rls?

How long did it take for yours to go away?

      Thank you very much

RLS is so general that different people feel different things. I'm definitely not a doctor but I can tell you my RLS has manifested in different ways. Throbbing/pain, an urge to move them, super tight muscles, etc. I also have an office job and went vegetarian/pescatarian couple years ago so I'm missing minerals and vitamins in my diet and I sit all day and have poor circulation I'm sure. I also have general anxiety so I'm sure it's the perfect storm of everything. I would try to remember/tell yourself that you are a self-diagnosed hypochondriac. Did you ever have a spinal tap done?
