Have had chronic Dull Aching pain on the left side of my bottom ribs for 2.5 years? What is it?

Hey, currently 20 years old and since I was 18 I injured my bottom left ribs due to poor posture. Taken every anti-inflammatory with little affect. Went to the doctor for multiple x rays with no results, went to the merge and they prescribed me opioids which game me random shocks but thats a different issue. I hate living my life because of this. It doesn't sound exactly like costochondritis as it constant and not sharp pain in my sternum, just a constant aching unpleasant feeling, can't find anything exactly like it. Tried going to the chiropractor 3 times and little benefits so far. I'm really lost on what it is wrong with me, is there any condition where you have constant dull ache in the lower ribs on one side. If there is please tell me and how should I treat it, I'm begging you it would mean the world if you know whats wrong with me. Thanks!

Edit: its mostly on the back side connecting to my spine but sometimes radiates to the side.
