Have had this red spot on my penis for a long time. It doesn't cause any pain or itching. I haven't had sex yet so I know for a fact it's not sexually transmitted. I hope somebody can somewhat recognize what this might be.

No, but I do clean up with toilet paper afterwards. I do shower quite often so I don't see it as a big deal.
