Have I got an Anal fissure

hi,

i am currently suffering body dismorphy its preventing me from getting treatment for a possible anal fissure. other Day i had a poo as it came out i felt it drag across side of my anus that resulted in bleeding. Since then i have been having bleeding after bowel movements. The blood is not inside my stool but is on the outside of the stool streaked across it and bright red. On the other side ive noticed a small pea size lump. Now im bit concerned about the bleeding but i an not sure how to make a fissure better. Any advice would be appreicated i am in my early 30s. I also think i have a skin tag on my anus to and i'm just finding whole thing embrassing.
