I had a similar bump and notice it while taking a shower. It only hurt when I touched it but literally disappeared in a day.

    It could be nothing !

it may not be herpes as herpes  often accompanies with itching, tingling, burning and some tiny painful blisters. A bump on the genitals can be irritated by other factors. But if doesn't heal, you should meet your doctor to check

my partner has some bumps after shaving pubic hair. We just think that these bumps are irritated by shaving. But, they not only don't heal after 1 week but also become itching and burning. Does he have herpes????? We had oral sex last month :'( Too worried

Does your partner experience other sympoms, such as pain when urinating or blisters? If yes, he maybe get herpes. To make sure, you and your partner should get tested because both of you had oral sex. When the result is possitive, doctors may prescribe antiviral medications. So, both shouldn't be worried

thank you, we got tested already. As you said, my partner is diagnosed with herpes and i'm luckily negative with oral herpes. Now, he's applying prosurx and taking lysine 1000 mg through his doctor's prescription. We're more calm and waiting for a good result. Just hope everything will get better
