What is wrong with my penis? Is it herpes or worse?

Background: 3 weeks ago, the day after oral sex from a girl, I developed an itchy penile shaft and the skin between the shaft skin and the glans (the remnants of my foreskin before phimosis led to a circumcision). The minute I scratched all hell broke loose as it became even itchier and red. I noticed holes on the underside of the shaft that looked like large hair follicles and I think they were tears (but may have been caused by my scratching). It was really itchy and uncomfortable and my glans went a bit red blotchy too. I had an STD test (all clear) and the nurse doubted it was herpes but couldn't take a swab as there no visible signs. She thought it was a heat rash. Everything returned to normal 3 days later. Throughout I applied moisturiser and face balm to try and calm it down.

Last week I developed the itchiness again on the remnants of my foreskin between the glans and the shaft but I also noticed very dry flaky skin on my glans - often looking like I was shedding skin. I wondered if this was a result of the moisturiser and face balm I applied previously. Whenver I wet the head everything returned to normal before drying out returning to dry and scaly. The nurse, knowing i had athlete's foot, figured it was fngal and recommended I get some miconazole cream.

And now we come to what's developed now. 3 days ago at 3 am I had a fumble in a club with another man. We unbuttoned our pants and our penises touched as we kissed for a couple of minutes. I woke up 10am the next morning with a bright red rash on the left side of my penis head and it was tingling, too. Not itchy like last time but tingling - classic herpes symptom All research says herpes and STDs cannot incubate in just a few hours but it just seems too coincidental that I get it AFTER the sexual fumble in the club. The urethera was also inflammed and there were red blothes all over my penis head. Where the red rash was it appeared to turn scaly/lumpy and I couldn't tell if they were little blisters - though when I got an erection everything looked fine apart from mild blotchiness. The tingling has increased to painful stinging.

But to make matters worse my penis head has gone really wrinkly like when you sit in the bath for too long. Even when aroused (and not wrinkly) it still crinkles up terribly like old man skin whenever I rub it even though it didn't used to do this. Scarier still is that when I pull my penis out to pee (or inspect) it's shiny and reflective, almost as if it's moist. I swear to god it even looked like I had sprinklings of glitter on it as tiny specks danced in the light like stars!! Yet again, whenever I wet the head everything looks okay and the sheen disappears - even the blotchiness looks less - but this is temporary only whilst the head stays wet. It sometimes appeared I had two very small, round lesions, as though made by a needle, but whenever I stretched the skin out to get a better look, or an erection, I couldn't see anything.

What's more, the left side of my penile head is angry and red and I think may be swollen too. This is on top of being wrinkly and shiny. Please help as I am very scared.

    Dear

It is difficult to judge just from verbal description. In my case the wettening usually increase the itchness

    Let a speciallist see it.

I hope you will be OK

Sounds like you have a yeast infection. Yeast infections are very common. When something actually scalds you, it takes some skin with it. And when it does that it makes it dry and Flaky and it

could also show a certain amount of shine considering that is very new skin. I'll have to go back and read read your story to figure out the particulars. Herpes can be spread through semen pre-ejaculation semen also. If you did not see the other man's penis you could not have known if he had blisters or sores how are you doing now? Do you have pictures or images?

Okay, so I started with a red rash on one side of my penis head. Then the blotchiness spread. Then the wrinkles and shine started - which smoothed out when wetted. This was the first 2 days and it varied from tingling to stining to itching.

For the past 2 days the head has looked more red and angry and it is not only wrinkly but very squashable and pliable too. Like a tomato that's past it's best. The skin feels odd; it feels rougher/thicker than usual and that this roughness is actually an over-layer. What I mean by that is as I rub and squeeze the head, the harder, crinkly outer layer feels separate to the flesh underneath whereas when my penis was healthy, I fel tno distincition. It literally is like my healty penis was a healthy tomato - ripe and tight and taut with no distinction between the outer skin and the inner flesh - and my penis now is an ot-of-date tomato - wrinkly, coarse and the outer skin is looser and not as connected to the inner flesh.

      I wil upload photos.

This first batch of photos was taken 2 days after - my penis at this point felt and looked normal apart from the redness and, as you can see on the left side, a bit of bumpiness/roughness. The rest of my penis was fine, no rough old-tomato style skin etc.

This second batch of photos was taken yesterday. Notice a lot more red and angry and also notice the wrinkles. The side-om shots really show the 'rough' skin I mentioned. None of these pics show the shininess as I'd been manhandling my penis and the sheen had gone.
