Have I irritated my scalp?

I noticed I was starting to thin on top. I am nearly 26 male.

I noticed it in early feb late jan and I panicked, I started using Alpecin shampoo and started washing my hair nearly everyday until I read you shouldn’t so left it a day and my hair was greasy and dry so I washed it, I got another anti grease shampoo so started using that once a week and the alpecin the other 2. I read that a clarifying shampoo would help with grease, so used that once, gave me dandruff, so got anothrt shampoo for dandruff. Then got another shampoo with conditioner init as well.

But my scalp feels really itchy especially at the crown. But get it all over, like an itchy burnibg, as well as scurf.

Should I just stick to ONE shampoo like head and shoulders. Im not going with the alpecin as I think is what started it.
