Have I suffered an anal prolapse? Or just hemmorhoids?

Hi,

I need some help. For 6 years I have suffered from symptoms due to bile acid malabsorption. This has resulted in chronic diarrhoea, constipation and as result I am unsure if I have developed hemorrhoids or anally prolapsed as my rectum appears to stick out and is often more noticeable when sitting or crouching down.

I frequently bleed a little from the exterior of my anus when wiping however nothing is painful or uncomfortable.
