Doe anyone have any positive and encouraging words to help with sertraline withdrawal? I tapered down and have now finally stopped taking it but am not feeling good. Wondering if there is anyone who has been in this position and can give me any words of encouragement.

how long were you on it and how fast did you taper? what kind of symptoms are you having?

Took 25mg for 2 weeks and then 50mg for 3 months. Tapered over 4 weeks. Suffering brain fog and headache last weekend and now have anxiety as well, almost had a panic attack earlier, generally feel unwell.
